Paris Saint-Germain has rejected Real Madrid's £150 million bid for Kylian Mbappe, despite the club's desire to sign the star striker.

The French champions had been in talks with Real Madrid for months over the signing of Mbappe, who is currently playing for Paris Saint-Germain.

However, after negotiations failed to reach a deal, Real Madrid decided to withdraw their offer and instead signed teenager Lucas Vázquez from Porto for £26 million.

Mbappe, who was born in Paris, has become one of the world's most valuable footballers and is valued at around £180 million on transfer markets.

Real Madrid have been interested in Mbappe since he was 17 years old and have made several attempts to sign him in the past, including a £90 million bid that fell through in 2017.

Despite the decline in the bid, Mbappe remains a key player for Paris Saint-Germain and is expected to continue making significant contributions to the club's success in the coming seasons.
